Terms

By using wolo.gg you agree to these terms. They're simple — written for humans, not lawyers.

1. The service

wolo.gg analyzes your AoE2 DE ranked matches with an AI model and delivers feedback to your WhatsApp. It's an assistance tool: we don't guarantee you'll climb ELO or that the analysis is 100% accurate. The AI can be wrong.

2. Beta

The service is in beta. Expect bugs, downtime, and unexpected changes. If something breaks, let us know and we'll fix it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use wolo.gg to:

• Abuse the system (spam, scraping, reverse engineering)
• Analyze other people's accounts without their permission
• Anything illegal in your country or ours (USA)

Abuse the service and we'll block you without warning.

4. Payments & credits

We bill via credit packs, not a subscription. Each full AI analysis (/detalle) consumes 1 credit. The automatic post-match summary card and the pre-match briefs are always free and don't consume credits.

• Starter — $3 USD = 20 credits
• Regular — $8 USD = 60 credits
• Heavy — $15 USD = 150 credits

Payments are one-time (no auto-renewal) and credits do not expire. Send /creditos to check your balance, /packs to buy more.

We don't refund credits that have already been spent. If you want a refund on an unused pack, email hola@wolo.gg within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed directly by Stripe — we don't store card data.

If you're on the legacy monthly plan (Monk Pro $9.99/mo, predates packs), you can cancel by sending /cancelar to the bot. The current month is charged in full but doesn't renew.

5. Intellectual property

The analyses we generate are yours; use them however you want. The bot's code, the wolo.gg brand, and the design are ours. Age of Empires is a trademark of its respective owners — we are not affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox Game Studios, or World's Edge.

6. Liability

wolo.gg is provided "as is". We're not liable if you lose a match because you followed advice from the bot, if you don't reach Conqueror, or if your keyboard explodes mid-game. Use it with judgement.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If anything material changes, we'll notify you on WhatsApp.
